“I am happy to be a part of the very first Spanish restaurant in Dubai. I have recently moved in from England where I was the head chef in a Spanish restaurant, located in Bath and really happy to see that Seville’s is just the same as typical Spanish restaurant in my country. The food we cook is exactly the same like in Spain and the ambience is truly Spanish” says Chef Antonio”, the new chef de cuisine of Seville’s – the Spanish tapas bar and restaurant located at Pyramids, Wafi. Born in Valencia, Spain and worked for numerous restaurants there, including cooking for the king and queen of Spain, Chef Antonio and its authentic dishes will help you feel Spain even if you are in Dubai.

“What first attracted me to join Seville’s were the regular Spanish activities as weekly salsa nights and yearly flamenco festivals” said Vanesa Molina, the new manager of Seville’s. Born in Malaga, Spain and working there for the past 14 years, Vanesa was part of the opening team of the first 5 star hotel in the area as well as managed a standalone Michelin recognized restaurant in Malaga, Spain. “ I love dancing and enjoy salsa a lot, so please come and dance with me every Tuesday @ Seville’s” added Molina.

“I am very pleased to have them on board” says Mariano Andres, former Seville’s manager and current General Manager of Pyramids restaurants at Wafi. ”with Antonio and Vanesa I am confident that Seville’s will remain number one authentic Spanish restaurant in Dubai” adds Andres
